Terms
and conditions:

 

1)   
 Applications should reach the concerned authority
whose address is shown under each advertisement for the respective vacancy, along
with attested copies of all required documents before closing date 17-aug-2022,
through Registered Post of Pakistan Post or UMS (Urgent Mail Service). By-hand application
submission is not allowed.

2)   
AGE
relaxation will NOT be allowed in the lower age limit, however, as per the policy
of the Federal Government of Pakistan (amended from time to time), an extension of
five (05) years in the upper age limit is further allowed over and above the
prescribed age. Further age relaxation will be given as per the following table:

Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognized tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan, and Sindh (R)	O3 years
Retired or Released Officers personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan	15 years or the number of years actually served in the Pakistan Armed Forces, whichever is less
Government servants who have completed 2 years of continuous Government service on the closing date of applications	10 years, up to the age of 55 years
Disabled candidates for appointment to positions in BPS 15 and below	10 years
Widow, son, or daughter of a deceased civil servant died during  the service	05 years

 

3)   
Application
of a candidate will be considered only for the position lying vacant in the
area of the candidate’s place of domicile.

4)   
A
Postal Order or ACG-67 Receipt worth PKR.500/- (in original) in the name of the respective authority mentioned under each advertisement for the respective vacancy,
must be accompanied by the duly filled Application Form.

5)   
 Eligible candidates serving Government jobs in
Pakistan must apply through the proper channels.

6)   
 Only suitable/ eligible shortlisted candidates
will be called for a test/interview. 

7)

Applications or applications received or after the due date shall not be entertained.

8)   
 Applicants must bring original valid CNIC on
exam day to the examination center.

9)   
 Mobile Phones are strictly prohibited in
examination centers.

10)  For
the posts of Assistant (BPS-15), UDC (BPS-11) & LDC (BPS-9) The appointed
candidates shall have to qualify for the mandatory prescribed IT Training course
from National Information Technology Board (NITB) after final selection.

11)  The competent authority reserves the right to
increase/decrease the number of posts as per requirement against any post or cancel
the recruitment process at any stage without any reason.

12)  No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview
against any of these posts.
