Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene:
Ensure the facility remains spotless by cleaning and sanitizing all areas such as floors, walls, windows, washrooms, furnishings, and equipment. Regular tasks include dusting, washing, waxing, and polishing to maintain high cleanliness standards.
2. Inventory Management:
Keep track of and replenish essential supplies such as clothing, accessories, body care products, toiletries, and paper goods to ensure everything is in stock and well-presented.
3. Towel & Linen Management:
Organize used towels for washing and ensure clean towels are neatly arranged and available for member use at all times.
4. Yoga Mat Care:
Regularly clean and deodorize yoga mats to provide a fresh and hygienic space for members.
5. Equipment Maintenance:
Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the Operations Manager for prompt resolution to keep the facility running smoothly.
6. Customer Service:
Interact with members, guests, and colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner, delivering exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
7. Team Collaboration:
Work well with team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
8. Brand Reputation:
Ensure the company’s brand standards are consistently met by paying attention to detail and delivering excellence in all tasks.
