Cardiac Laboratory Support Assistant – Job Description
In this role, you will assist patients across various service points in the Cardiac Laboratory. Key responsibilities include:
- Addressing patient inquiries and providing guidance on the use of Self-Help Kiosks or Mobile Services.
- Offering wayfinding assistance to direct patients to their next service station.
- Measuring basic vital signs, including height, weight, and blood pressure.
- Managing document retrieval and dispatch to relevant departments.
- Overseeing linen inventory and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of primary school education.
- A team-oriented attitude and pleasant personality.
- Proof of:
- Measles Vaccination or Immunity: Evidence of vaccination for measles (or MMR – Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) or serological proof of immunity.
- Diphtheria Vaccination: Documentation of Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis vaccination within the last 10 years, as mandated for healthcare workers under the Healthcare Services Act.
