to Approve and “polish” dishes and tableware before they reach the customer.

Identify
the shortage of ingredients or equipment and Plan the orders.

Arrange
for repairs of equipment if necessary.

Prepare
a variety of bread and meals.

Be prepared
for a full charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff.
·
Oversee
the work of kitchen subordinates.

the Removal of trash and clearing storage bins.

Maintains
generals, production log books, recipe development, and food production procedure
guidelines.
