JOB TITLE    

BUSINESS ANALYST – DIGITAL BANKING UNIT

TOTAL BANKING EXPERIENCE

Three (03) years of it related product management experience
in a reputable organization. Preference will be given to candidates having
experience in hand as a managing digital products.

LOCATION   

KARACHI/ PESHAWAR/ LAHORE/ ISLAMABAD

QUALIFICATION     

Minimum bachelor degree from an HEC recognized university or
reputable foreign university is required.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meeting business expectations in terms of functionalities
  & timelines in all aspects.
•  Ensuring that suggested
  solutions meet business needs and requirements effectively.
• Coordination & maintaining balance in its cross
  functional teams.
• Working closely with technicians, managerial staff and
  clients.
• Providing leadership, coaching,  training and guidance to junior staff.
• Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring
  performance.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
• Prioritizing suggested initiatives based on business needs
  and requirements.
• Serving as a liaison between users stakeholders.
• Managing competing resources and priorities.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring in time completion of business
  projects.

• Remarks

• In case of degree obtained from a
  foreign university, equivalency certificate issued from HEC must be submitted
  by the candidates at the time of interview to validate that they possess the
  required level education.
•  Market based
  salary commensurate will be offered to exemplary candidate with experience and
  qualification.
