ORGANIZATION PREFERABLY IN A COMMERCIAL BANK INCLUDING 04 YEARS AT MANAGERIAL
LEVEL IN ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT.

QUALIFICATION
Minimum
bachelor degree from an HEC recognized university or equivalent degree from a reputable foreign
university.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and assist group head HR in conceptualizing HR
strategy. Conduct market research for assessing best practices. Design
initiatives, programs, communications and presentations for key stakeholders
including top management / board of directors venturing for high-impact policy
development and implementation.
- Undertake regular re-evaluation of existing organizational
structures across different bank groups including a review of job quality and
content of work for maximizing efficiencies.
- Provide direction and leadership in the development and
implementation of change management processes across the bank, in partnership
with HR and business partners, external vendors, consultants as required, on
agreed plans and timelines.
- Assist the group head HR in the implementation of
initiatives fostering consistent improvement in the areas of employee
engagement, cultural innovation and capability enhancement for a performance
driven and result oriented work environment.
- Lead to create a workplace that embraces and appreciates
diversity & inclusiveness.
- Apply a structured & data driven approach in leading
change management activities to support adoption of new processes, behaviors or
technology emanating from HCM analytics across all functions of hr.
- Periodically benchmark existing compensation, reward and
recognition structure with market practices for core functions for market
competitive positioning.
- Manage leadership development program and other learning or
performance programs geared towards high potential (HIPO) and high performing
(HIPER) employee(s) up skilling or reskilling.
- Work on succession planning for talent ready pipelines in
order to minimize performance losses and improve upon internal placement and
retention rates.
