Total banking experience

                05
years of experience related to product management in a well-known reputable
organization. Preference will be given to candidates having hand on experience
in managing asset products.

                Karachi/
Peshawar/ Lahore/ Islamabad

Qualification

                Minimum
education requirement is bachelor degree from an HEC recognized university or
reputable foreign university.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Brainstorms constructively with other product managers and
  peers.
• Drive strategy, identifies opportunities that arise from new
  technology.
• Go-to expert for product, able to reach objective good
  negotiation results effect, maintaining relationships.
• Proactively solves problem with others functions, identifies
  opportunities that arise from new technology.
• Ability to mentor and manage junior product managers with
  some fruitful support.
• Meeting business expectations in terms of timelines  and functionalities.
• Coordination & maintaining equilibrium and balance in its
  cross-functional teams.
• Formulate and manage overall product management process from
  it perspective.
• Lead it internal processes to define the product roadmap
  strategy and priorities.
• Represent it from product management side to senior business
  stakeholders in defining the roadmaps strategies and solutions to overcome the
  issues.
• Ensure engagement reviews and quality control procedures are
  compliant for all engagements
• Ensure business and it process improvement.
• Ensure the compliance of products with the banks / it
  policies and procedures.
• Lead the implementation of SLA with business & all it
  cross functions to ensure maximum level of service delivery.
• Ensure that the business objectives are met.
• Be a part of core committees where applicable and indulge
  the invaluable knowledge onto it.
• Lead and approving the design and architecture of new and
  existing applications and systems.
• Compliance of it infrastructure with the business service
  level requirements.
• Formulate strategy for it product teams to manage project
  stakeholders mainly business stakeholders, vendor, and information security
  team.
• Ensure that the solution provided is aligned with the
  industry standards & is scalable.
• To lead multiple portfolios and projects in parallel to each
  other concerning separate business verticals.
• Sustain trusted professional relationships with cross
  functional peers at the organizational level by understanding their challenges
  and business objectives.

Remarks

• In case of degree obtained from a
  foreign university, equivalency certificate issued from HEC must be submitted
  by the candidates at the time of interview to validate that they possess the
  required level education.
•         Market based
  salary commensurate will be offered to exemplary candidate with experience and
  qualification.
