ANALYTICS & STRATEGY DEPARTMENT
Total Banking Experience
Six (06) years
of overall experience in digital media management/ marketing in a reputable
organization. Preference will be given to candidates having relevant hands-on
experience on with strategy implementation/ media buying/ digital onboarding.

Minimum
education requirement is bachelor degree from an HEC recognized university or
reputable foreign university.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- To develop
effective media strategies and the strategic road map for the bank of Khyber
based on data analytics, market trends, industry insights and competitor
analysis. - To be well
connected in the industry (digital and traditional) to negotiate the GRPS, TRPS
and ROAS for higher reach eyeballs and impressions for the max ROI. - Hands on
knowledge and engagement for media planning to not only plan but to optimize
and execute 360 media plans for the maximum coverage and to leverage the banks
presence. - Ensuring
two-way accessibility for the ease of the customer and delivering the promise
of being customer centric and customer first across all communication touch
points while always maintaining the integrity of the bank. - Ensure that
all relevant digital initiatives are fully integrated with the
strategic-planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation and ready
for execution. - Work with
teams coherently across the business to generate innovative digital solutions
for processes, products, services, marketing channels, customer experiences and
business models. - Ensure best
practices and processes across the digital media team for consistent delivery
across all relevant touch points and channels. - Oversee the
financial aspects of team & media buying including approvals, purchasing,
budgeting and budget reviews. - Research,
review, recommended & optimize solutions for improvement of systems,
infrastructure. Ensure teams are delivering a unified plan and purpose while
managing risks. - Integrate an
a/b testing strategy across all media channels to increase the overall user
uptake of digital products - Effectively
run the digital customer acquisition strategy to drive brand/product awareness
and conversion (funnel approach) and grow the customer base via
digital/conventional channels - Awareness of
digital multichannel marketing trends, and monitoring innovative methods that
the competition/non-industry leaders are using in the spaces being targeted for
digital products uptake - Hands on
understanding and experience working with 3rd party suppliers and vendors
including but not limited to digital agencies, software vendors, TV channels
and ad exchanges - Lead
planning, management, reporting and coordination of projects/initiatives to
deliver change in line with availability and business requirements. - Lead end to
end delivery of digital projects including planning, tagging, KPI mapping, user
insights recommendations, UATS for all existing, always on and new campaigns - Deliver,
envision and create dashboards to give an overview of spend, strategy,
optimization and budget that directly reflect with KPIS along with recommended
direction for further optimization and troubleshooting for problems

- In case of degree obtained
from a foreign university, equivalency certificate issued from HEC must be
submitted by the candidates at the time of interview to validate that they possess
the required level education. - Market based salary commensurate will be
