Terms and conditions
1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed
in the ETEA screening test. However detailed scrutiny process will be carried
out by appointing authority.
2. Any candidate found ineligible at any
stage of recruitment will be disqualified.
3. Interview calls will be given to suitable
shortlisted candidates only.
4. Shortlist will contain the top five
candidates per vacancy after the ETEA screening test.
5. Incomplete and late received
applications will not be entertained.
6. Age relaxation is permissible as per
Govt age relaxation rules 2008.
7. Candidates working in Govt/ semi Govt or
autonomous bodies should apply through the proper channel by presenting NOC from their current employer.
8. Original documents must be presented
before appointing authority at the time of the interview.
9. In the case of a foreign degree an equivalency
certificate issued by HEC must be attached.
10. No TA/DA is admissible for this test and
interview.
11. Errors/ omissions in the number of posts are
subjected to rectification by the office of deputy commissioner Abbottabad.
Important Note
The
post mentioned in the serial number (1) i.e. computer operator is only meant for the computerization of land records in the service delivery centre of district
Abbottabad.
Keep
scanned copies of documents and passport-sized photographs ready for online application.
