Job Description/ Role/ Responsibilities:
Effective Consultation with the team members about ticketing,
OTA XML providers, and airline connections.
Managing the company OTA portal and giving feedback about
improvements from time to time.
Giving expertise on the functioning of XML, GDS, and OTAs connections.
Job Specification/ Requirements:
Must have working experience in reputable Online Travel
Agency Portals.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the
ticketing sector in the IATA agency.
Expert hand on experience to use GDS (Sabre & Amadeus).
Must have an excellent command of English language proficiency.
Must have an exemplary relationship with Airlines.
Excellent Ability to work in a team and supervise the junior
staff effectively.
