Terms and conditions for PPSC jobs in Pakistan
2022

1.    Before applying online, please read the
“General Instructions” regarding Application Fee, Written Test, and Interview on the PPSC website www.ppsc.gop.pk

2.    Employees of Semi Government and
Autonomous Bodies of Federal Government or Provincial Government and those of
Local Bodies are not entitled to avail age relaxation for the period of their service
in their organization.

3.    In case a candidate claims his/her
qualification as equivalent to the prescribed qualification, he/she must make
sure to submit an equivalence certificate of his/her foreign/local qualification,
issued by the Competent Authority like HEC/PMDC/PMC/PEC & QEDC of
concerned Administrative Department, and that will be accepted by the
Commission as Final, at the time of the interview or whenever asked by the Commission. If the candidate fails to submit the Equivalence Certificate issued by the Competent
Authority at the time of the interview or whenever asked by the Commission, his/her
candidature shall be considered canceled.

4.    In case, a candidate claims work experience
from a private firm/entity, he/she must bring verifiable proof at the time of
interview that the firm /entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or
any other Regulatory Authority, failing which will result in rejection of his /
her application.

5.    The applicants will ensure that after
applying for a particular post they will promptly apply for Departmental
Permission Certificate/NOC in their concerned Department(s) and present the
Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC at the time of interview (if called).

6.    The candidates will ensure just after
applying for a particular post advertised by PPSC, that they have
obtained/applied for registration in PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or other relevant
licensing authority/ body for Registration Certificate on or before the Closing
Date of jobs and present the same at the time of interview (if called).

7.    The candidates must ensure to present
marks obtained / total marks or percentage certificate of all degrees, issued
by the Competent Authority, at the time of interview. CGPA is not accepted.

8.    Candidates must rely on the information published
on PPSC’s official website.

9.    The typing test, Shorthand Test and
Proficiency Test, if required, will ONLY be held in Lahore.
