The Bank of Khyber is inviting applications from highly motivated,
qualified, skilled and experienced candidates fulfilling the recruitment

 JOB TITLE           

HEAD BRANDS & COMMUNICATION STRATEGY DEPARTMENT

QUALIFICATION

Minimum education is at least bachelor’s degree from an HEC
recognized university or  equivalent
degree from any reputable foreign university.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Six (06) years of total banking experience in brand
management/ marketing in a reputable organization. Candidates having relevant
hands-on experience in brand identity system/ brand strategy will be given
preference.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Establishing the bank’s communication and branding strategy by studying
    economic indicators, tracking changes, studying the local and international
    trends, identifying customers current and future needs, monitoring the
    competition in the digital landscape to promote the bank as a future proofed
    and future ready industry competitor.

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer journey
    to create a cohesive/OMNI experience for the customer across all digital touch
    points which maintaining a cohesive brand and communication experience for the
    customers.

  • Design, optimize, enhance all aspects of digital marketing including
    utilization as well as leveraging of user insights from internal data bases for
    wider audience reach and engagement.

  • Ensuring two-way communication for the ease of the customer and delivering the
    promise of being customer centric and customer first across all communication
    touch points while always maintaining the integrity of the bank.

  • Collaborates with internal stake holders and external stake holders such as
    business, it, regulatory and finance for optimized go to market strategy for
    the delivery of products, communication, and services.

  • Brainstorms new and creative growth opportunity for digital responsible for
    creating out of the box campaign communication strategy and execution that
    identifies and addresses storm-terms and long-range issues.

  • Measures and reports creative communication performance of all digital
    marketing campaigns to derive insights and provides assessment against goals
    (ROIS and KPIS). Creates test methodologies with stakeholders to test
    hypothesis to drive insights.

  • Evaluates end to end customer journey for the optimization of conversion
    points, elimination of drop off points and the user funnel for an enhanced user
    experience.

  • Responsible for maintaining an always on calendar for products, service and
    policies to manage business parameters and imagery parameters such as
    spontaneous awareness, top of mind awareness, brand recall,

  • develops and grooms the digital marketing team by providing opportunities to
    employees for information, educational and experiential growth.

 

Remarks

·        
In case of degree obtained
from a foreign university, equivalency certificate issued from HEC must be
submitted by the candidates at the time of interview to validate that they possess
the required level education.

qualification.
